Cancellation & Modify Order Policy

 Card Skins

• Free Cancellation Window: You can cancel your card skin order for free within 10 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, email us at hello@oshikatsuunlimited.com as soon as possible.

• Late Cancellation & Design/Size Changes: After 10 hours, a $3 fee will apply for cancellations. However, you may choose to modify the design or size instead (no fee). Please email us within 24 hours of your order to make changes.

• Final Cutoff: After 24 hours, we can no longer cancel or modify your order, as production will already be in progress.

Shirts & Caps

Cancellation Window: You can only cancel shirt or cap orders within 1 hour of placing your order.

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time within 1 hour of placing it.

If the option to cancel is no longer available, it means you’re outside the 1-hour window and the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

Return Policy

Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, we’re here to help!
